You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. 3.2 Email verification and security emails If you register with email, we may require you to verify your email address using a short verification code. We may also send transactional emails such as verification messages, password reset codes, and security notices (for example, alerts about suspicious login attempts). 3.3 Credentials and responsibility You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us promptly. 4. Device Limits To protect the security and integrity of the Services, we may limit the number of devices that can be associated with a single account (for example, up to 5 devices). If the limit is reached, you may be unable to add additional devices. 5. Acceptable Use You agree not to use the Services to: - violate any applicable law, regulation, or court order; - engage in fraud, deception, or impersonation; - distribute malware, conduct phishing, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or networks; - interfere with or disrupt the Services, our infrastructure, or other users (including abuse, scanning, or denial-of-service); - send spam or unsolicited communications; - infringe intellectual property or other rights of others; or - use the Services in any manner that we reasonably believe creates security, legal, or operational risk. We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if we believe you are using the Services in violation of these Terms or in a way that threatens the security, integrity, or availability of the Services. 6. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments 6.1 Purchase methods You may purchase subscriptions in one of the following ways: (A) App Store / Google Play: purchases processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. (B) Direct payments: purchases processed outside the app stores (for example, via card payments, bank transfer/instant payment methods such as SBP, or cryptocurrency), typically through our website, a payment link, or through support. 6.2 App Store / Google Play purchases If you purchase a subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play, the purchase is processed by the respective store. Your billing relationship is with the store, and the store’s terms and policies apply. 6.3 Direct payments (card / SBP / crypto) If you make a purchase using direct payment methods, the transaction may be processed by our third-party payment providers or banking partners. We do not intentionally store your full payment card details. We may receive limited payment-related information such as payment confirmation, transaction identifiers, payment status, and the purchased plan. Cryptocurrency payments are generally irreversible once confirmed on-chain. You are responsible for providing correct payment details (address/network/memo) and for any network fees. 6.4 Plan activation and access After successful payment and confirmation, we will provide access to the purchased plan. Activation time may vary depending on the payment method (for example, bank/instant payment or crypto confirmation times). If we cannot confirm the payment, access may be delayed or not granted until confirmed. 6.5 Renewals and cancellation (A) App Store / Google Play: subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple/Google account settings. You are responsible for managing cancellation through the relevant store. (B) Direct payments: renewal terms (if any) depend on the plan offered at the time of purchase. If a plan is auto-renewing via direct payments, you will be informed at purchase time and you can cancel future renewals by following the instructions provided at purchase time or by contacting support. 6.6 Refunds (A) App Store / Google Play: refunds are handled according to Apple App Store or Google Play refund policies (as applicable). We cannot issue refunds for store purchases outside of the store’s process. (B) Direct payments: if you purchased via direct payments, you may request a refund by contacting support. Refund eligibility, timing, and method may depend on the payment method and applicable law. Where allowed by law, we may refuse or partially grant refunds, including in cases of abuse, chargebacks, fraud, or substantial use of the Service. 6.7 Chargebacks and payment disputes (direct payments) If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for a direct payment, we may suspend your access to the Services and/or your account while the dispute is investigated. If a chargeback is upheld against us, we may terminate your access and/or require payment to restore service. 6.8 Trials, promotions, and anti-abuse We may offer free trials, promotions, or limited-time plans. To prevent abuse, we may restrict eligibility (for example, limiting trials per device/account/network). We may revoke or refuse trials or promotions if we detect abuse or attempted circumvention. 7. Privacy and Logs Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data and forms part of these Terms. For clarity: - we do not intentionally collect or log the contents of your internet traffic (such as visited websites, DNS queries, or the content of communications); - we may process and store limited connection-related technical data (“connection logs”) for troubleshooting, security, abuse prevention, and service reliability, as described in our Privacy Policy. 8. Service Availability; No Guarantee We strive to keep the Services available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation. Service quality may be affected by factors outside our control (for example, your device, ISP, network conditions, routing, local restrictions, or third-party outages). 9. If you have a subscription: - store purchases: cancel through Apple App Store or Google Play to stop future charges; - direct payments: follow the cancellation instructions provided at purchase time (if applicable) or contact support. 9.2 Account deletion We may provide an in-app option to delete your account. Account deletion may be implemented as a “soft delete” (for example, disabling access and invalidating session tokens). Certain records may be retained as required by law, for security, fraud prevention, or legitimate operational needs, as described in the Privacy Policy. 9.3 By us We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services (in whole or part) if: - you violate these Terms; - your use poses a security, legal, or operational risk; - we reasonably believe suspension is necessary to protect the Services or other users; or - we are required to do so by law or a lawful request. 10.
