Purchases via App Store / Google Play If you purchased a subscription through Apple App Store or Google Play: - subscription management and cancellation are handled in your Apple/Google account settings, - refunds are processed according to the store’s refund rules and procedures. We cannot issue refunds for App Store/Google Play purchases outside the stores’ official processes. 2. Direct payments (website/payment link/support) If you paid directly (for example, by card, bank transfer/instant payment, or cryptocurrency), you can request a refund by contacting: - support@lokkavpn.com and providing your account email and payment details (e.g., transaction ID, amount, date, payment method). 3. Timing and limitations - Refund eligibility, timing, and method depend on the payment method and applicable law. - Cryptocurrency payments are generally irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain. - To the extent permitted by law, we may deny a refund or issue a partial refund, including in cases of abuse, fraud, chargebacks, or substantial service usage. 4. Cancellation - App Store / Google Play: cancel in the store settings to stop future charges. - Direct payments: if auto-renewal applies, cancellation instructions are provided at purchase or via support. 5.
